Teaching Center

The Center for Teaching Advancement offers a range of services for different units, offices and personnel at TAU:

Services for deans, faculties, heads of academic units and appointment committees:

•   Support for thinking processes and formulation of visions and policies with regard to teaching, learning and assessment of both lecturers and students
•   Teacher assessment: student satisfaction surveys, peer evaluation
•   Student assessment: open and closed examinations
•   Periodical reports on teachers' performance:  lecturers with low/high scores, personal history of scores for every teacher etc.
•   The Center's Steering Committee keeps in touch with the different faculties with regard to improving the quality of teaching and learning.

Services for lecturers and teaching assistants:

•   Workshops on teaching, learning and learning assessment
